I, Cynthia, am a chemical engineer by vocation, and an evangelical Christian by calling. The cities I’ve lived in/near are: San Francisco, CA, Boston, MA, Washington, DC, and St. Louis, MO. My many hobbies and interests include computers, cooking, film, literature, music, origami, puzzles, sports, and theology.
I came up with the blog title “Iron Chef” because I used to study iron oxides for my research, and because I love to cook and watch cooking shows. I especially like the Food Network cable TV channel. I am also a huge fan of “Futurama”.
